Note: Check Before Return
To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Any product that is altered, soiled, or damaged (and not reported within 48 hours of delivery) will not be accepted for exchange. All exchanged items are subject to a quality check at our facility before processing.
Please note that size exchange is allowed once per product only.

We offer a 48 hours return policy. You can choose between two refund options:
Refund Policy
Only Store Credit or Coupon of the Same Value: A full refund with no deductions, credited to your Aruwa Fashion account for future use.
Bank Transfer: A refund processed directly to your bank account with a deduction of Rs 150/- per return product (in case of multiple product in a single order, will deduct 50/- Rupees per article additionally) order to cover logistics costs.
To qualify for a return, the product must be in original condition: unused, unwashed, unworn, with all tags and packaging intact. Returns that are altered, used, or damaged (and not reported within 48 hours of delivery) will not be accepted.
Once your return reaches our warehouse, we will complete a quality check before initiating the refund.

Shipping inside India is free of cost on orders above Rs 599/-, we use reliable courier companies like, Delhivery, Ecom-Express, Bluedart etc to ship the products. Generally, for Cash On Delivery orders, the courier company calls you before delivery. If you are not available during delivery, you could call them back and arrange for re-delivery, or you can pick it up from their location.
We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances or time lags with courier companies in delivering parcels to customers. Additionally, we cannot be held responsible if the customer is unavailable at the time of delivery.

Ship to Delivery : Approx. 5-8 working days based on delivery location.
