Return & Exchange Policy – Aruwa Fashion

At Aruwa Fashion, we are committed to making your shopping experience smooth and delightful. We’re happy to offer flexible return and exchange options to ensure your complete satisfaction.

 

Exchange Policy

We offer exchange policy in the following cases:

Size issues
Defective or damaged items
Wrong product received

You can request a different size of the same product at no additional cost.

If your order has a defect or is incorrect, we will send a replacement in the same size and product free of charge.

To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Any product that is altered, soiled, or damaged (and not reported within 48 hours of delivery) will not be accepted for exchange. All exchanged items are subject to a quality check at our facility before processing.

Please note that size exchange is allowed once per product only.

Return Policy

We offer a no-questions-asked 48 hours return policy. You can choose between two refund options:

 

Store Credit: A full refund with no deductions, credited to your Aruwa Fashion account for future use.

 

Bank Transfer: A refund processed directly to your bank account with a deduction of Rs 150/- per return product (in case of multiple product in a single order, will deduct 50/- Rupees per article additionally) order to cover logistics costs.

 

To qualify for a return, the product must be in original condition: unused, unwashed, unworn, with all tags and packaging intact. Returns that are altered, used, or damaged (and not reported within 48 hours of delivery) will not be accepted.

 

Once your return reaches our warehouse, we will complete a quality check before initiating the refund.

 

Timelines

7 working days – For the return shipment to reach our warehouse

1 to 2 working days – Quality check

 

1 to 2 working days – Refund or exchange processing

How to initiate the exchange or Return

You can initiate your return or exchange request using the email id (connect@aruwafashion.com) provided on our website or you can call to our customer support. Our team will ensure your request is handled promptly and with care.
