Free Exchange Policy

We offer free exchange policy in the following cases, no matter what is the reason behind that.

Defective or damaged items
Wrong product received
May be You don't like it
Not Match with your Expectation
Quality Issue
Color is different
Transparent fabric

You can request a different size or even the different product of the same value at no additional cost.

Exchange & Return Clause

Once an exchange request has been initiated for an order, the exchange process will be carried out accordingly. In case the customer later chooses to return the product instead of proceeding with the exchange, the refund will be issued strictly in the form of store credit only, including for prepaid orders.

Please note that this policy is final and cannot be modified or reversed under any circumstances.

Note: Check Before Return

To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Any product that is altered, soiled, or damaged, and not reported within 48 hours of delivery, will not be accepted for exchange. All exchanged items are subject to a quality check at our facility before processing.

Please note that size exchange is allowed once per product only.

In case we do not have pick up service available at your location, you would have to self ship the product.

Return Policy

We offer a 48 hours return policy. You can choose between two refund options:

Refund & Store Credit Policy

  • For prepaid orders, refunds will be processed after a deduction of ₹150 towards shipping charges. The remaining amount will be credited back to your original payment method.

  • If a prepaid customer chooses store credit instead of a refund, no deduction will be made. The full amount will be given as store credit.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are not applicable. Only store credit of the same value will be issued.

Discount Calculation: Partial Returns

Please Note:
In case of partial returns from discounted orders, the offer will no longer be applicable if minimum quantity criteria is not met. Refund will be issued after adjusting the revised pricing accordingly.

Return Process:

  • Once your return is requested, a pickup will be arranged from your address.

  • After the product is received, it will go through a quality check.

  • Once approved, you will receive your refund or store credit accordingly.

  • The complete process may take 12–15 business days, so we kindly request your patience.

  • Please don’t worry—your amount/store credit is completely safe with us. We truly value every customer.

Note:- Reverse pickup Arranged only two times at our end, if incase of any reason it's not done, you need to send the product at our location.
