At Aruwa Fashion, we are committed to making your shopping experience smooth and delightful. We’re happy to offer flexible return and exchange options to ensure your complete satisfaction.

Free Exchange Policy

We offer free exchange policy in the following cases, no matter what is the reason behind that.

Wrong size delivered
Defective or damaged items
Wrong product received
May be You don't like it
Not Match with your Expectation
Quality Issue
Color is different
Transparent fabric

You can request a different size or even the different product of the same value at no additional cost.

Note: Check Before Return

To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Any product that is altered, soiled, or damaged (and not reported within 48 hours of delivery) will not be accepted for exchange. All exchanged items are subject to a quality check at our facility before processing.

Please note that size exchange is allowed once per product only.

In case we do not have pick up service available at your location, you would have to self ship the product.

Return Policy

We offer a 48 hours return policy. You can choose between two refund options:

Refund Policy

Only Store Credit or Coupon of the Same Value: A full refund with no deductions, credited to your Aruwa Fashion account for future use.

Bank Transfer: A refund processed directly to your bank account with a deduction of Rs 150/- per return product (in case of multiple product in a single order, will deduct 50/- Rupees per article additionally) order to cover logistics costs.

To qualify for a return, the product must be in original condition: unused, unwashed, unworn, with all tags and packaging intact. Returns that are altered, used, or damaged (and not reported within 48 hours of delivery) will not be accepted.

Once your return reaches our warehouse, we will complete a quality check before initiating the refund.
