Free Exchange Policy

We offer free exchange policy in the following cases, no matter what is the reason behind that.

You can request a different size or even the different product of the same value at no additional cost.

Note: Check Before Return

To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Any product that is altered, soiled, or damaged (and not reported within 48 hours of delivery) will not be accepted for exchange. All exchanged items are subject to a quality check at our facility before processing.

Please note that size exchange is allowed once per product only.

In case we do not have pick up service available at your location, you would have to self ship the product.

Return Policy

We offer a 48 hours return policy. You can choose between two refund options:

Refund & Store Credit Policy

• For prepaid orders, refunds will be processed after a deduction of ₹150 towards shipping charges. The remaining amount will be credited back to your original payment method.

• If a prepaid customer chooses store credit instead of a refund, no deduction will be made. The full amount will be given as store credit.

• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are not applicable. Only store credit of the same value will be issued.

Return Process:

• Once your return is requested, a pickup will be arranged from your address.

• After the product is received, it will go through a quality check.

• Once approved, you will receive your refund or store credit accordingly.

• The complete process may take 12–15 business days, so we kindly request your patience.

• Please don’t worry—your amount/store credit is completely safe with us. We truly value every customer.

To qualify for a return, the product must be in original condition: unused, unwashed, unworn, with all tags and packaging intact. Returns that are altered, used, or damaged (and not reported within 48 hours of delivery) will not be accepted.

Once your return reaches our warehouse, we will complete a quality check before initiating the refund.

Generally, for Cash On Delivery orders, the courier company calls you before delivery. If you are not available during delivery, you could call them back and arrange for re-delivery, or you can pick it up from their location.

We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances or time lags with courier companies in delivering parcels to customers. Additionally, we cannot be held responsible if the customer is unavailable at the time of delivery.

Order to Ship : Within 3 days from order. Ship to Delivery : Approx. 5-8 working days based on delivery location.
